The International Trilingual School of Warsaw is looking for a German-speaking childcare worker (ideally with German as their mother tongue) on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) starting at the end of August 2026.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the teacher in implementing the curriculum in the four main areas: early literacy and writing skills, early mathematical skills, science (project work) and social and emotional development.
• Supporting the teacher in communicating with the parents of the respective class.
• Supporting the teacher in collaborating with colleagues who teach the same (cross-linguistic) curriculum standards in Polish and English.
• Contributing to the design of a well-organized and stimulating learning environment, as well as supporting the teacher in the care and well-being of the children.

We expect:

• German language skills at C1 level or native German speaker
• Excellent English skills
• A qualification in the field of early childhood education is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of working with children
• Friendliness, empathy, and teamwork skills
